Empire of Rheil
Political System
The Empire of Rheil is a technocratic autocracy, tightly centralized under the absolute rule of Emperor Luist II, who also holds the title Supreme Commander of the First Command of the Grand Army. His power is absolute, although he is advised by key figures such as Chancellor Arcadius Dorr and Minister of War Ernlet Jonst, who manage civil administration and the military apparatus respectively.
Flag and Symbolism
The imperial flag features a double stylized swastika intertwined with a red cross at the center—representing the unity of nationalist duty and imperial transcendence. The golden background symbolizes glory, supremacy, and expansion, while the black and white borders reinforce ideals of imperial purity and military discipline.
Imperial Government
A charismatic sovereign, crowned with a diadem of ancient tradition. Luist II serves both as ceremonial ruler and direct military commander. His ornate yet disciplined uniform reflects the balance between absolute authority and martial excellence.
A sober and calculating man who oversees the internal administration of the Empire, managing economy, justice, propaganda, and the nobility. He is the second most powerful figure in the realm and a pillar of bureaucratic control.
A high-ranking officer of impeccable military background. He commands the armed forces, strategic planning, and all military expansion policies. His white uniform symbolizes strategic purity and visionary clarity.

Regime Structure
Military Caste System
Rheilian society is divided into militarized merit-based castes. From the armed aristocracy to the laborer class, all citizens are indoctrinated into service. Social ascent is achieved almost exclusively through military or technocratic excellence.
State Religion
A state-sanctioned, syncretic faith blends ancestral mysticism, Emperor worship, and solar symbology to reinforce the divine right of the imperial throne.
Militarized Technocracy
Science, industry, and logistics are fully subordinated to the needs of the military state. Technology focuses on weapons development, social control, and territorial expansion.
International Position & Expansion Doctrine
The Empire of Rheil recognizes no legitimacy in democratic republics or parliamentary monarchies. It promotes a vision of continental renewal under a single imperial rule, viewing other states as either degenerate or transient.
It maintains puppet kingdoms such as Haszils, ruled by Duke Tibus Rancar, which serve as geostrategic buffers between Rheil and its hostile neighbors.
