United Supreme Syndicate of Memruchia
Ideology and State
The U.S.S.M. is a totalitarian syndicalist state that emerged after the collapse of an old aristocratic kingdom in the region of Memruchia. Its political foundation lies in the absolute union of workers organized into central syndical councils, where all economic, political, and military activity is directed by the state syndicates.
The regime promotes a vision of aggressive syndicalist internationalism, seeking to expand its ideology beyond its borders through workers’ movements, insurgencies, and clandestine support for allied parties.
Symbols
Flag:
The flag combines a dominant red stripe (symbol of syndical socialism), accompanied by horizontal yellow, white, and blue stripes representing respectively:
- Yellow: the productive strength of industry and mining.
- White: the purity of the worker and the unity of the syndicates.
- Blue: the future of fraternity and global expansion.
At the top left, the initials U.S.S.M. and the golden star symbolize the supremacy of united syndicalism over the world.
Supreme Leader: Boral Cosj
The undisputed head of state is Boral Cosj, a former trade union leader turned military strongman. Recognizable by his rigid posture and white uniform with red and gold insignias, Cosj embodies the fusion of revolutionary syndicalism and militarism.
He is called “The Architect of the Union” for consolidating the once-fragmented syndicates into a single power structure. He rules under the principle: “The syndicate is the State, and the State is the syndicate.”
A vast propaganda apparatus portrays him as a paternal and visionary leader, though in practice he maintains strict control through the Syndical Police and the People’s Workers’ Army.

Foreign Policy
The U.S.S.M. presents itself as a beacon for workers worldwide. Its expansion strategy is twofold:
- Supporting syndicalist movements in capitalist and monarchist countries, fueling strikes and uprisings.
- Forging strategic alliances with anti-imperialist states to weaken its traditional enemies (monarchies, authoritarian empires, and nationalist blocs).
Its declared objective is the creation of an International Syndicalist Federation, a worldwide alliance of workers’ states under Memruchia’s leadership.
